pretty sure I am in love!

 I picked up this little treasure this morning at a thrift shop.  I love it! The details of it are gorgeous.  

 

 

While it does have some cracked veneer and a little missing piece of decorative wood on the side, with some minor repairs and then some paint and some clear and probably dark wax, it will I hope be the beauty it once was in it's day.

 

The hardware is to die for! The handles are like little flower baskets
I will show you a close up below. And the wooden detail is so pretty. I will likely try to sell this piece but if by chance it does not sell, I will put it in my son's room. He will be moving out before long and can take the tall oak bureau he has.
